Questions about licensing
What is the difference between the two licences?
Single Site covers one website. Unlimited Sites covers as many websites as you need. Both include the complete raffleWP feature set.
Are all features included in both licences?
Yes. Both licences include launch checks, the cost planner, starter pages and competition presets, winner claims, approved results and the promotion kit alongside the existing competition features. No separate tier is needed for these tools; only the permitted number of sites changes.
Can I upgrade from Single Site to Unlimited later?
Contact support with your current licence details and we will help you move to Unlimited Sites.
What version of WordPress does raffleWP support?
raffleWP is built for modern WordPress. See the documentation for the latest tested versions.
How do updates and support work?
Both licences include activation, packaged plugin updates, documentation and email support for 12 months from purchase. When a licence expires, an already activated website and its live raffles continue to work, but updates, downloads, new activations and configuration settings require a new licence.
Does my licence renew automatically?
No. raffleWP does not automatically renew or charge your payment method. We show an administrator notice during the final 30 days. To continue receiving updates and retain settings access after expiry, purchase a new 12-month licence and replace the old key in WordPress.
What your licence lets you build
Both plans require WordPress and WooCommerce and include the same core functionality: ticket management, instant wins and automatic credit, main-prize cash alternatives, private claims and fulfilment, website layouts and launch tools, cost planning and promotion tools.
All four available addons are included as separate plugin downloads. Choose Single Site or Unlimited Sites according to the number of websites you need.
The licence lasts 12 months and renewal is manual, with no automatic billing. An already activated site continues operating after expiry; updates, downloads, new activations and configuration access require a current licence. Hosting, your theme and any payment-provider fees remain separate from the licence.
