Refund Policy

This policy applies to raffleWP software licences purchased directly from rafflewp.co.uk from Laurence Caton, trading as raffleWP. It does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Digital delivery

raffleWP is digital software. Your download and licence key are normally made available immediately after payment. Where you are a consumer, we will ask for any consent and acknowledgement required before beginning immediate digital supply. Once immediate supply has begun with the required consent, statutory cancellation rights may be affected.

When we can help

If you have a technical issue, please contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot a reproducible issue with the current supported version of WordPress and the software. If we cannot provide the licence or download promised, or the software is materially not as described and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund where required.

Our 14-day refund promise

If raffleWP is not right for you, request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase and we will refund the price you paid. This promise applies to licences purchased directly from rafflewp.co.uk. It is in addition to, and does not reduce, any statutory rights you may have.

How to request a refund

Email info@rafflewp.co.uk from the address used for the order. Include your order number and the website URL used with the licence. You do not need to provide a reason. Do not send your licence key by email unless we specifically ask for it.

Approved refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe where possible. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank. When a refund is issued, the related commercial licence service will be revoked, ending licensed runtime access, new activations, official packaged updates, downloads, configuration settings and support. This is different from ordinary annual expiry, when an already activated installation keeps running. A refund does not retrospectively remove the GPL rights applying to plugin-code copies already received.
