raffleWP is operated by Laurence Caton, a sole trader trading as raffleWP, of Pickwicks Folly, Thorpe Lane, Trimley St Martin, IP11 0RZ, United Kingdom. This policy explains how we use personal information when you visit rafflewp.co.uk, contact us, create an account or purchase a raffleWP licence. Information we collect
We collect information you give us, including your name, email address, billing address, account details, order details and messages sent to us. When you purchase a licence, we also keep your licence key, licence status, activation information and the website address used for activation, so that we can deliver the plugin, provide updates and prevent misuse.
We collect limited technical information needed to run and secure the website, including IP address, browser and device information, server logs and cookie information. We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data.
How we use information
- To process orders, create customer accounts and deliver licence keys, downloads, updates and support.
- To communicate with you about your order, account, security, service changes or support request.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it, where you have allowed analytics cookies.
- To maintain records, prevent fraud, protect the website and enforce our licence terms.
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
Our usual legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations and, where required, your consent.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy notice. We use Google Analytics to measure website use only where you accept analytics cookies. We may also use hosting, email delivery, security and support providers that process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers such as Stripe and Google Analytics, professional advisers, regulators or authorities where necessary to run the service, comply with the law or protect our rights. As we sell worldwide, some providers may process information outside the UK or EEA; where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep account, order and licence information while your account or licence is active and afterwards for as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, tax, accounting and legal purposes. We normally retain transaction records for up to six years after the end of the relevant tax year. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain a record of it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your information, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. To make a request, email info@rafflewp.co.uk. We may ask for information to verify your identity.
