A separate addon included with every raffleWP licence. No WooCommerce Subscriptions or WooCommerce Memberships required.
Payment provider compatibility: automatic renewals currently work with Cashflows and DNA Payments only. More providers are coming soon, and other integrations can be added on request.
Build the offer around your audience
One club. Three ways to make it worthwhile.
Start with entries, credit or a combination. Create multiple plans with their own names, prices, images, badges and benefits.
Scheduled entries
Give members a set number of entries in a selected draw series. Link each new competition to that series to keep the club moving.
Competition credit
Release a credit allowance members can spend on eligible standard competitions. Set the amount and expiry for each benefit.
The best of both
Combine regular entries with credit in the same plan. Members get a familiar club draw plus the freedom to choose other eligible competitions.
Payments and benefits, on your terms
Bill monthly. Give them something to look forward to weekly.
Choose weekly, every four weeks, monthly or yearly payments. Then set a separate weekly, four-weekly or monthly schedule for each benefit.
For example, a monthly plan can release entries every week and credit every month. Calendar months and four-week periods are handled separately, and members see what their plan includes.
You choose the rhythm
- The payment: how much members pay and how often.
- The entries: how many, which draw series and when they are released.
- The credit: how much, which competitions and when it expires.
- The availability: which plans are open and their membership limits.

Adjust colours, fonts, spacing, corners and card layouts. Add your logo, plan images, accents and badges, or start from a design preset.
Fit your workflow
Use the Membership Plans block or shortcodes with your theme. Export and import appearance settings, add custom CSS or use child-theme templates.

Normal cancellation stops future renewals. Confirmed entries stay recorded, paid-period benefits continue and credit keeps its original expiry.

Manage plans, memberships, recurring draw series and activity from WordPress. Plan edits create a new version, preserving the price, benefits and terms existing members accepted.
Entry delivery follows raffleWP’s ticket limits and entry rules. If a question or eligibility action is needed, the member claims the benefit in their account. Missing or capacity-limited draws remain visible as benefits owed.
Memberships, explained
A few things you might want to know.
Do I need WooCommerce Subscriptions?
No. Memberships is a separate raffleWP addon with its own plan, payment and benefit scheduling. It uses WooCommerce accounts and order records, without requiring WooCommerce Subscriptions or WooCommerce Memberships.
Is Memberships included with my licence?
Yes. Every current raffleWP licence includes the Memberships addon, using the same licence key. Download it from My licences and install it as a separate WordPress plugin alongside raffleWP 1.5.2 or later and WooCommerce.
Which payment providers are currently supported?
Automatic renewals: the current integrations are Cashflows and DNA Payments only, with hosted card entry. Both require merchant approval, configuration and successful sandbox testing before live use; DNA also requires integration approval.
Customer-paid renewals and fixed-term passes: these can use compatible WooCommerce payment gateways. The gateway must support payment for an existing order and accept your business type. Installing a WooCommerce gateway does not automatically enable recurring collections.
More providers are coming soon. Other integrations can also be added on request — contact us about your payment provider.
Can I try my plans before taking payments?
Yes. The built-in simulator lets you evaluate plans, benefit delivery and the member journey locally without taking money. It is separate from real payment processing.
Can members spend credit on any product?
Membership credit applies to eligible standard competitions under the plan’s rules. It cannot pay for memberships, instant-win products or unrelated merchandise. You set the allowance and expiry.
Can I change the appearance and wording?
Yes. Edit customer-facing wording, buttons, colours, typography, layouts, page sections and FAQs in the Appearance & wording editor. Plans also have their own images, badges and extra benefit text. Provider-hosted payment screens and WooCommerce emails use their own settings.
What happens if I change a plan?
New plan versions apply to new signups. Existing members keep the version they joined. For automatic-renewal plans, changing plans means cancelling renewal and joining the replacement after the paid period ends, with a new payment agreement.
