Our starting package adapts established layouts and components to your brand. We agree the pages, revisions, features and delivery schedule in your quotation, so you know what you are getting.
Planning and design
We map out your key pages and customer journey, then tailor colours, typography and layouts to your brand. You receive reusable page and competition templates, with guidance on the content we need from you.
Build and configuration
We set up WordPress, WooCommerce and raffleWP, configure the agreed entry and winner workflows, and connect a supported payment integration. Your first year’s hosting, Single Site licence and all addons are included.
Testing and handover
We check mobile layouts and the checkout journey, cover technical SEO basics, and show you how to manage the site. Your build includes 30 days of aftercare for launch-related fixes and help with the delivered setup.
Fully bespoke layouts, custom functionality and substantial migrations are quoted separately. Domain registration, email hosting, payment fees, ongoing maintenance and other third-party costs are separate.
Payment-provider approval comes from your provider. You supply your business content and reviewed legal terms; we provide the technical implementation.

- Build. We develop the pages, configure raffleWP and the relevant addons, and connect the agreed integrations.
- Launch. We test the important journeys, show you how to manage the website and support the technical launch.
Questions about your website build
How much does a competition website cost?
Our website builds start from £2,500, with no VAT charged. That includes design adapted from our existing layouts and components, the first year’s website hosting, a 12-month Single Site raffleWP licence, all addons, setup, testing, training and 30 days of build aftercare. What hosting is included?
The first year’s hosting for the website we build is included. We agree the hosting provision around the site’s requirements and explain its renewal cost in your proposal. Domain registration and email hosting are separate.
What happens after the first year?
Hosting and the raffleWP licence have ongoing renewal costs, stated upfront in your project proposal. The plugin licence follows our existing 12-month manual renewal terms, with no automatic plugin licence billing. See the licence terms and renewal details.
Are all raffleWP addons included?
Yes. All raffleWP addons are included with the active licence. We configure the ones relevant to your agreed website requirements; having access to every addon does not mean every addon needs to be enabled.
Will I be able to manage the website myself?
Yes. We provide WordPress administrator access, training and a handover so you can manage your content and competitions. Your proposal sets out ownership and access arrangements; raffleWP and any third-party software remain subject to their licence terms.
How long does a build take?
We agree a delivery schedule after reviewing the scope, content readiness and any integrations. Timely content, feedback and payment-provider approvals all affect the launch date.
Can you help with payments or an existing website?
We can technically configure supported payment integrations, but acceptance and onboarding are your provider’s decision. We can also review an existing site; substantial migrations, bespoke layouts and custom functionality are quoted separately.
What does the 30-day aftercare cover?
Build aftercare covers launch-related fixes and help with the delivered setup for 30 days after launch. New features, ongoing maintenance and future development are separate. Product support follows the included 12-month raffleWP licence.
Can I still buy raffleWP and build the site myself?
Absolutely. Our plugin licences remain available separately. Follow the WordPress build guide if you would like to manage your own setup.
