Try the raffleWP Demo: A Competition Website and Admin Tour

Explore the new raffleWP demo: browse a competition website, try ticket controls and tour the read-only WordPress admin, product settings and reports.

raffleWP Editorial

We’ve launched the raffleWP demo so you can explore a competition website before deciding how to build your own. It brings together a customer-facing website and a read-only tour of the WordPress admin, including raffle product settings, entry records and design controls.

raffleWP is a WordPress competition plugin that works with WooCommerce. Our new demo gives you a practical way to see how the website your customers visit connects to the tools you use behind the scenes. You can look around without installing WordPress or supplying payment details.

Explore the raffleWP demo website or start the guided website and admin tour.

See a competition website from your customer’s side

If you’re researching how to build a competition website, a feature list only answers part of the question. You also want to know what entering looks like: where people find a prize, how they choose their tickets and how clearly the page explains the offer.

The demo includes fictional competitions with different entry experiences. Browse the competition cards, open a prize page and try the ticket controls. Look at the price per ticket, available quantities, progress indicators and closing information together, as a visitor would.

  • Quantity and bundle examples: explore how an entry selection and its illustrative total are presented.
  • Customer-selected numbers: open the weekend camera kit to see the number-selection experience.
  • Instant prizes: visit the wireless headphones example to inspect a prize board and sample site-credit rewards.
  • Completed competitions: browse the winners page for an example of a public result linked to a manually recorded winner.

All competitions, people and results are fictional. The checkout preview does not take payments or create real entries, and no prizes or redeemable credit are awarded. That keeps the focus on understanding the experience.

Explore the WordPress competition plugin admin

The admin is where you’ll spend time setting up competitions and reviewing what happens next. We wanted you to be able to inspect that part of raffleWP too.

Choose Explore admin on the demo website. The tour presents genuine WordPress, WooCommerce and raffleWP screens with fictional sample data, so you can move beyond screenshots and navigate the available sections yourself.

Start with the dashboard to see competitions at different stages. Then explore Entries, Prize Performance, Prize Value Won, Store Credit, Prize Awards and Winners. These screens show how competition records are organised and where you would look for the information needed to run your own site.

Look inside the raffle product settings

The product editor is particularly useful when comparing WooCommerce competition plugins. It shows where the choices behind each competition sit within WooCommerce’s Product data tabs.

Select a sample product and inspect its raffle settings, including ticket price, total tickets, entry limits, start and end dates, quantity bundles, customer number selection and Lucky Dip. You can also see the main-prize fulfilment options and the instant prize board fields.

A useful first exercise is to open a customer-facing prize page, then follow its View product editor control. Compare the entry experience with the settings behind that example. This makes the connection between a configuration choice and the customer’s view much easier to understand.

Find the settings that make a site your own

The tour also includes Settings, Labels, Design and Product Page sections. Explore where reservation timing, postal entry options, customer emails and site-credit settings are managed, then inspect the wording and presentation controls.

The demo is one example of a competition website using raffleWP. Use it to assess the experience and controls, while planning a design and content that suit your own brand. Our Features overview and admin gallery provide additional examples to compare alongside the live tour.

A simple route through the demo

  1. Browse the website. Open a competition and explore its ticket controls.
  2. Connect the two views. Inspect the matching product in the admin tour.
  3. Follow the records. Look through sample entries, prize reporting and winners.
  4. Review your requirements. Check the settings and note any questions about your planned setup.

Questions about the raffleWP demo

Can I change the settings or create a competition?

No. The admin tour is read-only. You can navigate the available screens and use approved filters, but saving, deleting, uploads, exports, winner draws and issuing credit are disabled. It is a product preview, not a site for running your own competitions.

How long does an admin session last?

Admin demo sessions last 30 minutes and use a short-lived essential session cookie. The demo does not ask for personal details.

Can I enter or win anything?

No. Ticket selections and checkout are demonstrations only. The sample entries are fictional complimentary records, with no customer orders or payments behind them.

Take a look, then plan your own competition website

We built the demo to make your next decision easier. Explore the parts that matter to your business, see how the admin feels and bring us the questions that a feature list cannot answer.
