The RaffleWP competition promotion kit prepares branded PNG artwork, editable announcement copy and campaign links from your competition. Open Promote from the product list, product editor or dashboard. It is included in the existing licence and generates graphics in your browser.
Create launch, closing-soon or winner artwork
- Select Launch, Closing soon or Approved winner.
- Use the competition’s image, logo, brand colours, ticket price and draw date. Edit the headline and announcement copy for the message you want to share.
- Preview the artwork, choose a format and download the PNG.
- Review the final graphic and copy, then post or send them through your chosen channels.
Which image sizes are included?
- Square: 1080 × 1080 pixels.
- Portrait: 1080 × 1350 pixels.
- Story: 1080 × 1920 pixels.
Text fitting is bounded to keep longer headings within the design. If an image or font cannot load, the kit provides a readable fallback. Always check the preview, especially with long prize names. No external image-generation subscription is required.
Create a named campaign link
Save a campaign name, source and medium. RaffleWP gives it a stable campaign identifier and a copyable competition link. Use a distinct, descriptive source for the channel, such as your newsletter, and a medium that matches how you are sharing it.
What can campaign reporting measure?
Reports show attributed paid orders, net tickets and refund-adjusted raffle revenue excluding tax. They read WooCommerce order attribution data and respect WooCommerce’s attribution and consent settings. Unavailable or unattributed data is shown explicitly. The kit does not measure visitors or clicks and cannot reconstruct tracking that was disabled.
Can I create winner announcement artwork?
Yes, after a detailed result has been approved and published. Winner artwork can use only approved public results and consented story content. Publication and consent are checked again for export. If permission is withdrawn, future RaffleWP displays and exports remove the affected story or photo; manage any already downloaded or externally posted copies yourself.
Does the kit post to social media automatically?
No. It prepares downloadable graphics, editable copy and campaign links. You choose when and where to publish. Customer reminders and other add-on tools have their own settings and are separate from this artwork workflow.
Before promoting an opening competition, complete the Launch checklist and review the cost and profit plan.
