Customer privacy and personal data tools

Settings can show an Anonymous draw preference checkbox at checkout. The stored preference does not affect eligibility or odds; it controls whether public winner output uses an anonymous label instead of a shortened name.

  • Customers can update their display preference from My entries; postal processing includes an equivalent anonymous-request field.
  • RaffleWP adds suggested privacy-policy text covering tickets, postal data, awards, logs, IP addresses, user agents and licensing calls.
  • The WordPress exporter includes ticket, award, audit, site-credit, licence and activation data associated with the request.
  • Completed-raffle personal fields can be anonymised while ticket numbers, order IDs, prize records, timestamps and draw integrity are retained.
  • Open raffle records, undrawn closed raffles, usable credit and active licence data are retained when still required, and the erasure result reports why.
  • An erasure request does not revoke otherwise usable site credit.
  • RaffleWP data is preserved on uninstall unless an administrator explicitly enables data removal.

The plugin’s tools support administration but do not determine your lawful basis, notices, retention period, disclosure duties or response procedure. Obtain appropriate advice for your jurisdiction.
