Open Tools → Site Health and review the RaffleWP tests and information before launch, after an update, or while diagnosing a problem.
- Tests cover the database schema, scheduled tasks, WooCommerce compatibility and email configuration.
- Debug information reports the plugin and schema versions, ticket and privacy cron state, non-sensitive licence state and connectivity, update checksum availability, WooCommerce version and email status.
- Copy only the non-sensitive fields needed for support and still review the output before sharing it.
A passing Site Health result cannot prove that a gateway webhook, mailbox, legal policy or every theme layout works. It is a focused diagnostic, not a substitute for the end-to-end launch test.
Use the Launch checklist alongside Site Health
The RaffleWP dashboard now checks the last successful scheduled maintenance runs, including retention, as part of the Launch checklist. Use it to distinguish a scheduled task from one that has actually completed. It also links site checks to the selected competition and records confirmation timestamps.
For email checks, send sample ticket and winner messages and confirm receipt in the inbox. For payment checks, follow the gateway test-mode walkthrough, preferably on staging. Site Health and mail acceptance cannot confirm a completed customer purchase or inbox delivery.
