In the product Raffle tab, add rows under Instant prize board. Each completed row needs Winning tickets and Prize title. Types are Site credit, Cash, Physical prize, Voucher and Other.
- Value / credit amount, Image ID, Public note and Fulfilment note are optional.
- On save, the plugin randomly assigns unique ticket numbers from the Total tickets range.
- Assigned numbers remain fixed on later saves unless quantity or the ticket range requires replacement.
- The combined number of winning tickets cannot exceed Total tickets.
- The public board groups matching prizes and displays total, awarded and remaining counts.
The Legacy instant wins textarea remains a fallback using one ticket number | prize name line per prize. Use structured rows for new competitions.
