Payment completed but tickets are pending

  • Open the WooCommerce order and confirm it is Processing or Completed, or that the payment-complete event has run.
  • Review order notes for reservation, confirmation or allocation failure messages.
  • Open the order’s compact RaffleWP audit panel and the full Audit Trail.
  • If a delayed lucky-dip payment arrived after reservation expiry, check whether RaffleWP reallocated the expected number of active tickets.
  • If a paid order is On hold, check whether manually selected numbers became unavailable or the raffle sold out before the delayed payment arrived.
  • Resolve an On hold allocation safely before moving the paid order to Processing or Completed; do not send a ticket confirmation unless the expected active ticket count exists.
  • Verify the gateway webhook or callback updated WooCommerce rather than only its external dashboard.
  • Do not manually mark tickets in the database; correct the order or gateway state through supported workflows.

If WooCommerce never receives a successful gateway callback, resolve the gateway, webhook, firewall or account issue first. That external confirmation is not controlled by RaffleWP.
