Start date/time and End date/time are interpreted in the WordPress site timezone. Before the start the competition is Scheduled; at or after the end it is Ended. It is Sold out when active ticket reservations and confirmed entries reach Total tickets.

| Open | Entry is allowed subject to quantity, customer and availability checks. |
| Sold out | Purchasing is disabled because all numbers are allocated or reserved. |
| Ended | Online entry is disabled at the closing time. |
A timely postal entry may be processed after online entry closes only when its recorded arrival time is on or before the deadline and the draw has not happened.
