Administrators can filter a competition in RaffleWP → Entries, review up to 100 rows per page and choose Export CSV. WooCommerce order details show the allocated numbers, status and a PDF ticket link.
Customer view
- Logged-in customers receive a My entries endpoint in WooCommerce My Account.
- The page shows active competitions, wins, past entries, payment state, draw close time and downloadable ticket numbers.
- Customers can filter All entries, Active tickets, Wins, Instant wins and Postal entries, and search by competition, order or ticket.
- The My tickets block or shortcode can place an account-oriented ticket view elsewhere.
The account view deliberately hides merely Reserved and Cancelled tickets from its normal customer-visible query. Order history remains the source of truth for WooCommerce payment status.
