RaffleWP checks instant prizes when an online ticket is confirmed after payment and when a postal ticket is created. A matching fixed number becomes an Instant win and an award record is created once.
- Customers see award cards in order details and My entries.
- Optional emails notify the customer and site administrator.
- Prize Awards filters by giveaway, award type, fulfilment status and customer, ticket or order.
- Cash, vouchers, physical and other prizes start as Pending fulfilment and can be marked Fulfilled or Cancelled.
- Cancelling or refunding an order cancels its awards and revokes linked unspent instant site credit.
RaffleWP records fulfilment status but does not transfer cash, dispatch goods, create third-party vouchers or verify a winner. Those are external operator processes.
