RaffleWP → Audit Trail records structured events covering product changes, entries, allocations, orders, payments, refunds, postal processing, draws, awards, credit, emails, settings and scheduled tasks.
- Filter by competition, event type, object type, admin or customer ID, date range and search text.
- Open View to inspect available actor, customer, address, user-agent and before/after context.
- Use Export CSV to export the currently selected audit filters.
- Product and order admin screens also show compact recent audit history.
- Enabling Debug logging includes routine events that are otherwise reduced.
Audit records can contain personal and technical data. Restrict admin access, define a retention policy and protect exported CSV files. The plugin does not choose those policies for you.
