- Check Minimum tickets per order, Maximum tickets per order and Maximum tickets per customer.
- If manual numbers are selected, confirm manual selection is enabled, the grid limit permits it and the quantity matches exactly.
- Log in for a free online competition or when a structured site-credit instant prize requires an account.
- Refresh the page if the entry form reports an expired request or a number that another customer has taken.
Reserved tickets count against availability. If abandoned orders are blocking entry, verify cron and use Release stale reservations now after reviewing the configured reservation window.
