Set Minimum tickets per order and Maximum tickets per order to control each basket purchase. Maximum tickets per customer is a competition-wide limit matched to the logged-in user or billing email; zero means no lifetime or customer-email limit.
Allocation choices
- Random available numbers chooses from the remaining range and falls back to a sequential scan if needed.
- Lowest available numbers first allocates sequentially.
- Allow customer number selection shows a ticket grid only when Total tickets is not above Ticket grid limit.
- Allow lucky dip lets the plugin choose numbers for the customer.
- One giveaway line per cart controls WooCommerce sold-individually behaviour; lucky-dip additions for the same product otherwise merge into one cart line.
Availability is checked again at add-to-basket, checkout and allocation time. A number visible to two customers can become unavailable before one completes checkout.
