Enable Enable postal entry UI in Settings, then write the customer-facing route under RaffleWP → Postal Instructions. The content appears in the Free postal entry tab on single competition pages.
- In Postal Entries, choose the giveaway and enter the quantity, name, address, actual arrival time and required eligibility attestation.
- Email, postal reference, specific ticket numbers, internal note and an anonymous-display request are supported.
- Specific numbers must match the requested quantity and must still be available.
- An arrival before opening, after the closing deadline, in the future or after the draw is rejected.
- Accepted postal tickets are immediately confirmed and are eligible for instant prizes and the main draw.
Postal entry is off by default on new installations. Its eligibility attestation and validation wording are neutral and editable; your published instructions must match the rules and jurisdictions you actually operate.
