RaffleWP focuses on creating raffles, allocating entries and presenting results. You decide how to conduct the draw. If you use the optional built-in selector, open RaffleWP → Winners, choose a giveaway, set the Number of winners and optional Prize label, then confirm that every valid postal entry received by the deadline has been processed.

The selector is an optional operator tool. RaffleWP does not prescribe a draw method; use the method and evidence required by your published rules.
Assign a winner selected outside RaffleWP
For a completed draw, use the manual winner assignment controls in RaffleWP → Winners. Start typing the entrant’s name to search people who entered that competition, then choose the matching entry and ticket. This lets you record an externally selected winner against the actual entry record.
If your draw process needs an entrant list, export entrants with order numbers, names and ticket numbers before conducting it. The export filename includes the competition name and draw date.
What happens after selection?
Manual assignment and random selection prepare a draft detailed result. Review and approve it before publication. Each new winner records their own selection method, so a draw using both methods is described accurately. Historical methods without reliable evidence are shown as unspecified.
