In RaffleWP → Store Credit, enter a customer email and Amount, with an optional Expiry date and internal Source / note. RaffleWP creates a WooCommerce fixed-basket coupon restricted to that email.
- Credit can be used over multiple orders until its balance reaches zero.
- New codes use the
RAFFLEWP-CREDIT-prefix; codes created by earlier releases remain valid. - The list shows initial value, used value, balance, source, expiry and status.
- Revoke reduces the balance to zero and drafts the underlying coupon.
- Customers can view active credit under My Account → Site credit.
- An optional notification email includes the issued code and amount.
Credit is bound to the stored email. Guests applying a code must supply the matching email, and logged-in customers must use a matching account or billing email.
