- When Automatically issue site credit for instant-win prizes that include a credit amount is enabled, a matching confirmed ticket creates the coupon.
- The award becomes Fulfilled when credit creation succeeds; an error leaves it Pending.
- The customer can see the code in award history and Site credit.
- Cancelling or refunding the winning order revokes the linked credit and cancels the award.
- Legacy prize text can still identify credit, but structured Type and amount fields are clearer and safer.
Automatic credit requires a valid customer email. RaffleWP cannot add credit to an external wallet, bank account or payment-provider balance.
