Entries, Prize Awards and Audit Trail each provide CSV export controls. Exports reflect the chosen competition or filters and are intended for authorised operational use.
- Prize Performance groups giveaways by configured ending date and reports paid tickets, transactions, gross revenue, estimated fees, net revenue and RRP position.
- Gateway fee percentage and fixed fee are operator-entered estimates; they are not imported from the gateway.
- Gross revenue is derived from the totals of distinct WooCommerce order items linked to confirmed-like tickets.
- Prize Value Won counts a competition’s Prize RRP once when it has a recorded main winner.
- Instant wins are counted but excluded from the won-RRP total because they do not have a separate RRP field.
These reports are operational estimates, not accounting statements. Reconcile them with WooCommerce, your gateway, refunds, taxes and financial records.
