- Confirm the licence is active; blocks and frontend modules do not load while locked.
- For product-specific blocks, select a valid giveaway Product ID or place the block in a valid product context.
- Check that the product is published and has the giveaway engine enabled.
- If a standard product section is missing, review RaffleWP → Product Page; if a word or button differs, review the block setting and RaffleWP → Labels.
- If colours or spacing differ, check the block’s own controls, RaffleWP → Design, then the active theme’s Global Styles.
- For My entries or Site credit 404 errors, visit Settings → Permalinks and save once to refresh rewrite rules.
- Check that your theme renders WooCommerce My Account navigation and endpoint content.
- If a cart or checkout theme suppresses standard hooks and uses unsupported custom blocks, place the Store Credit block or shortcode explicitly.
Theme templates, caching and third-party page builders can change block context or suppress WooCommerce hooks. Test with caches cleared and compare against a standard WooCommerce theme before attributing the issue to RaffleWP.
